Registration is now open for the Association’s Christmas in the Capitol City ANNUAL DECEMBER DINNER AND MEETINGS, which are confirmed for December 2-4, 2024, in Downtown Baton Rouge. Cost to attend is $125 per person.  

The ANNUAL DINNER will be held on Tuesday evening, December 3, 2024, at the Capitol Park Museum, 660 North 4th Street. CLICK HERE for the Museum’s website. Deadline to register is Monday, November 18, 2024.

Transportation to and from the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center and the Capitol Park Museum will be provided on the evening of the Dinner. 

All MEETINGS will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center, 201 Lafayette Street.

PAST ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS ONLY DINNER
Invitations will be extended to attend a Steak Dinner in honor of Association Past Presidents. CLICK HERE for the Dinner Menu. Spouses/guests of Past Presidents are also invited to attend. This event will be held at the Association Office the evening of December 2. Cost to attend is $35 per person.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. Room rate is $119 per night, plus applicable taxes and other fees. Overnight guest valet parking with in/out privileges is $37 per day plus tax and is available 24 hours. Day parking is $18. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and parking is subject to availability. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Note that sleeping rooms will be subject to an Early Departure Charge equal to one night’s room rate, plus applicable taxes and other fees.   CLICK HERE to make room reservations.
