The Association’s Christmas in the Capitol City ANNUAL DECEMBER DINNER AND MEETINGS will be held on December 2-4, 2024, in Baton Rouge.  

The ANNUAL DINNER will be held on Tuesday evening, December 3, 2024, at the Capitol Park Museum, 660 North 4th Street. CLICK HERE for the Museum’s website. Deadline to register was Monday, November 18, 2024.

Transportation to and from the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center and the Capitol Park Museum will be provided on the evening of the Dinner.

MEETINGS will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the Association Office and Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center, 201 Lafayette Street.

PAST ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS ONLY DINNER
Invitations have been extended to attend a Steak Dinner in honor of Association Past Presidents. CLICK HERE for the Dinner Menu. Spouses/guests of Past Presidents are also invited to attend. This event will be held at the Association Office the evening of December 2.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. Room rate is $119 per night, plus applicable taxes and other fees. Overnight guest valet parking with in/out privileges is $37 per day plus tax and is available 24 hours. Day parking is $18. Rates are subject to change without prior notice and parking is subject to availability. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Note that sleeping rooms will be subject to an Early Departure Charge equal to one night’s room rate, plus applicable taxes and other fees.   Deadline to make room reservations was Monday, November 18, 2024.

Donations toward the Toy Drive benefiting the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be collected. *** NEW THIS YEAR: We have created an online donation link to make GIVING easier: St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital Donation Form. We will continue to collect monetary donations or gift cards during the Tuesday night dinner and the Wednesday morning meetings.
